WHAT'S A PROMISE PARTNERSHIP?

It's the relationship we build with you to ensure alignment between your interests and ours. It begins with listening. We take time to understand your needs and goals. Together we define goals around "installation" - achievement of key milestones and deliverables, and "realization" - progress toward the business results you're seeking - for each 90-day portion of our work together. Twenty percent of our fees (and a significant portion of our consultants' compensation) is contingent on your acknowledgement that the realization goals have been met.

HOW DOES IT MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

The Promise Partnership agreement affects our working relationship in two ways. First, it keeps all of us focused on the ultimate desired outcome of the work. Together we can test each key decision against its contribution to realization, resetting goals and expectations where needed to ensure that we're responsive to your priorities. Second, it makes it clear that we're serving you, and that you are the one making the decisions about priorities and options.
