Erin’s capacity to function at both strategic and detail levels, transitioning effortlessly between the two, provides her clients with a unique resource and experience.

Professional Experience

Since 2020, Erin has provided strategic consulting services to leaders in for-profit and nonprofit industries. Her specialty is in guiding organizations undergoing a mission-critical change in their business. Her clients include a Top 10 global pharmaceutical company, a Fortune 500 multinational financial technology company, and two international non-government organizations (NGOs).

Previously, Erin led the Business Transformation Office at Evolent Health, the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) at Medecision, and multiple organizations at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS); including the Transformation Office, M&A Planning & Execution, Strategic Planning, and Healthcare Consulting. At Evolent Health, Erin created the Business Transformation Office  and led the transformation of client implementations that resulted in high quality, value-realized implementations. At Medecision, Erin rebuilt the EPMO and led the transformation of client implementations that increased annual Customer Satisfaction scores for implementation services by 30% within the first year.

During her 25-year tenure at Highmark, Erin led a business transformation shifting a 1,000-person organization from an internal support area to an external service provider, directed five major M&As with other BCBS Plans, and created an internal consulting Business Relationship Management organization that forged strategic partnerships with executives across Highmark and its partner BCBS Plans.

Erin is highly experienced in Conner Partner’s Strategy Execution Framework and methodology and has completed the Conner Academy High Impacted Trusted Advisors (HITA) experience. She is an active member of the Association of Change Management Professionals. Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the Pennsylvania State University.

Erin grew up in South America, South East Asia, and Europe; developing a true appreciation for culture and change. She now lives with her husband, their English Setter, and her Blue-fronted Amazon parrot in Pittsburgh, PA. During her free time she volunteers, travels, golfs, and creates epicurean feasts for her friends and family.
